The emergence of the "Blow/Fill/Seal" sterile filling process (here in after referred to as the BFS process) should be marked by the invention of the BFS machine. The BFS machine can complete CIP/SIP (cleaning in place/sterilization in place) of all material pipelines under computer program control, so that the three processes of bottle making, filling, and sealing are all completed in the same sterile environment under A-level air shower protection.

The BFS machine can complete CIP/SIP (cleaning in place/sterilization in place) of all material pipelines under computer program control, so that the three processes of bottle making, filling, and sealing are all completed in the same sterile environment under A-level air shower protection.
The entire production control process is completed by a computer program according to the predetermined program. The potential risks (such as environment, temperature, pressure difference, etc.) that may occur during the process are monitored by the computer control system according to the set parameters. The various parameters of the entire production process are completely stored in the computer and can be checked at any time, but cannot be changed. This is currently the filling process with the strongest aseptic guarantee ability.

2. Advantages of Marya BFS aseptic filling process

1)The BFS machine is designed and installed according to the principle of "black and white partition". The entire production process is controlled by a computer program, and the process parameters are stable and reliable. The filling area of the equipment is under A-level laminar flow protection. There are no operators in the filling room during the production period, and there are no pollution sources during the production process; All process pipelines (including preparation systems) that come into contact with materials can achieve CIP/SIP. The blowing, filling, and sealing stations have A-level air shower protection. The products are punched outside the filling room, and one end of the product conveying channel is in the A-level laminar flow area and the other end is in the ordinary production area. There is a pressure difference protection of no less than 40Pa, and the entire process has strong aseptic guarantee ability.

The equipment occupies a small area and consumes less energy during the production process. Therefore, the comprehensive production cost of the BFS aseptic filling process is not higher than that of traditional aseptic filling processes, but the product quality and comprehensive economic benefits are significantly higher than traditional aseptic filling processes.

4)BFS machine can use PP/PE2 materials according to process requirements. The comprehensive cost of plastic container production is low, and the product has high technical content and added value.

6)BFS machine can achieve aseptic filling without the need for high-temperature sterilization, with stable product quality. As long as different molds are replaced, it can be suitable for various forms of aseptic product filling and the production of various aseptic containers.
7)The filling opportunity of BFS machine forms a "Luer interface" structure at the bottleneck while filling the product. The "Luer interface" can be tightly connected to the syringe, and external air will not enter the container when extracting the solution. The product can achieve sterile production and use, with good safety performance. Plastic packaging waste is easy to handle and will not cause pollution to the environment. The BFS aseptic filling process has a history of nearly 50 years. Due to its strong aseptic guarantee ability in production and use, it has become a trend for the BFS aseptic filling process to replace the glass ampoule production process of washing, filling, sealing, and sterilization, as well as the glass bottle infusion production process.
