The injection production process cannot be separated from the filling and sealing equipment. Currently, the ampoule filling sealing machine used by domestic pharmaceutical factories is mainly the ampoule drawing sealing machine, which mainly consists of a bottle feeding mechanism, a filling mechanism, and a drawing sealing mechanism.
1. Bottle delivery mechanism of the ampoule filling sealing machine:
Place the cleaned and sterilized ampoule into the bottle inlet hopper, which is inclined at a 45 °angle to the horizontal. The bottom of the hopper is equipped with a plum blossom tray driven by a chain, and there is an axial straight groove on the tray with a cross-sectional size equivalent to the outer diameter of the ampoule. Two ampoules can be inserted into the fixed toothed plate every 1/3 rotation of the plum blossom plate. The bottle shifting toothed plate is connected to the eccentric shaft through a connecting rod and moves downwards under the direction of the eccentric shaft. The bottle shifting toothed plate first lifts the ampoule from the fixed toothed plate, then exceeds the tooth top of its triangular groove. Then, it moves forward two tooth pitches and puts the ampoule back into the fixed toothed plate, and then the bottle shifting toothed plate returns empty. Every time the eccentric axis rotates, the ampoule will move forward two squares. This repeated action will continuously move the ampoule forward, passing through the filling and sealing stations to carry out the filling and sealing process. Finally, the ampoule will be fed into the bottle outlet hopper to complete the bottle feeding action.
2. Filling mechanism of the ampoule filling sealing machine:
The filling mechanism of the ampoule filling sealing machine has three branches: a cam lever mechanism, an injection filling mechanism, and a bottle shortage stopping mechanism.
1) The cam lever mechanism is mainly composed of cam, sector plate, top rod, top rod seat, and pressure rod components, and its function is to complete the up and down reciprocating movement of the needle cylinder core inside the needle cylinder.
2) The injection infusion mechanism is mainly composed of a needle, a needle bracket, a needle bracket seat, a one-way glass valve, a pressure spring, a needle core, and a needle cylinder, etc. Its function is to complete the action of the needle entering and exiting the ampoule for infusion of medication.
3) The bottle shortage stop mechanism is mainly composed of a swing rod, a tension spring, a travel switch, and an electromagnetic valve. Its function is to automatically stop filling when there is a bottle shortage at the filling station.
3. Wire drawing and sealing mechanism the ampoule filling sealing machine:
The wire drawing and sealing mechanism of the ampoule filling sealing machine is composed of branch mechanisms such as bottle pressing mechanism, heating mechanism, and wire drawing mechanism.
1) The main component of the heating mechanism is the gas nozzle, which is obtained by burning a mixture of gas, oxygen, and compressed air.
2) The bottle pressing mechanism is mainly composed of parts such as the bottle pressing roller, tension spring, swing rod, bottle pressing cam, and worm gear box. The function of the bottle pressing roller is to prevent the ampoule from moving with the wire drawing pliers when pulling the neck wire of the ampoule.
3) The action of the wire drawing mechanism includes the up and down movement of the wire drawing pliers and the opening and closing of the jaws. According to its transmission form, it can be divided into two types: mechanical wire drawing and pneumatic wire drawing.
The ampoule is transported from the bottle feeding hopper to the canning station through a plum blossom tray and a bottle shifting toothed plate. The filling needle is then lowered and inserted into the ampoule. The medicine solution is quantitatively pressed into the ampoule through the filling needle through the inner core of the needle barrel. If there is a shortage of ampoules due to certain reasons, the filling mechanism for the shortage of ampoules automatically controls the stopping of the infusion of medication, preventing the medication from flowing out and polluting the machine and causing waste. The ampoule after filling the liquid medicine is transported to the sealing station by the bottle tooth plate for flame heating, and the wire drawing pliers pull the molten glass at the bottle mouth upwards to break and melt.
